After downloading
- Open the downloaded file; ZoxyCom installs and opens by itself.
- Sign in with your email and the 6-digit code we send.
- Log in to your Flipkart Seller Hub inside ZoxyCom.
You need a Windows computer, an internet connection, and your own Flipkart seller account.
Questions
Is my Flipkart password safe?
Your Seller Hub login stays on your computer, saved with Windows' own encryption if you choose to save it. It is never sent to ZoxyCom's servers.
Do I need to keep ZoxyCom open?
Yes, tasks run while the app is open. You can keep working in other windows while a task runs.
Does it work without the internet?
No. Seller Hub needs the internet, and ZoxyCom checks your account with our server.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, on 2 computers with the same account and the same Flipkart store. You can remove an old computer yourself when you switch.
How do updates work?
ZoxyCom downloads updates quietly and installs them when you close it. Fixes for Seller Hub page changes reach you within 30 minutes, without an update.
When are Amazon and Meesho coming?
We're building them now. Premium users get them at no extra cost when they arrive.
Is ZoxyCom made by Flipkart?
No. ZoxyCom is an independent tool that works inside your own Seller Hub login, the way you would.
